All services provided by ConnectProAPI, including but not limited to WhatsApp Business API setup, Meta Business Verification assistance, business automation, API integrations, consulting, and other digital services, are non-tangible digital services.
2. No Refund Policy
Once a service has been purchased and the work has been initiated, payments are generally non-refundable. This is because our services involve time, technical resources, and third-party platform processes that cannot be reversed.
3. Eligible Refunds
A refund may be considered only in the following situations:
Duplicate payment made for the same service.
Payment deducted but the order was not successfully created.
We are unable to deliver the purchased service due to reasons solely under our control.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed using the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Third-Party Services
Some services depend on third-party platforms such as Meta or WhatsApp. ConnectProAPI is not responsible for delays, rejections, restrictions, suspensions, or policy decisions made by these platforms. Such cases are not eligible for a refund.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, documents, and timely responses. Delays or failures caused by incorrect or incomplete information will not qualify for a refund.
6. Service Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before work begins. If no work has been started, the request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once work has started, cancellation does not guarantee a refund.
